Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Magenta Dreams currently ships to addresses within the United States. Available shipping charges and the complete order total are shown before payment. Delivery timing may vary by destination and carrier.
Order changes and cancellations
Email info@magentadreams.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make every reasonable effort to help before the order ships. An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled.
Returns
Unused cards in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before mailing a return so we can provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Payment providers may take additional time to post a refund.
